      Pros

      You learn your excel skills there. It's a good place to train you up on your experience and knowledge about fund accounting. After 5pm there is the beer and chips. A lot of outings within teams.

      Cons

      Long working hours, sometimes till the wee hours of the morning. Systems are really backdated. Little or no support from higher ups as it is a very independent role.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
