      Pros

      Competitive Salary with opportunities to advance and see various aspects of the business. Good training resources.

      Cons

      Investment in technology has been slower than competitors, making it difficult to find solutions for clients. Also very political culture with staff who don't 'follow the herd' regularly left behind.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
