Pros

Nothing I can see good in this company apart from offer letter being released on same day of interview, and so will be leaving in just 4 months

Cons

1)Company lacks good quality of work and has only maintenance type of work. 2)Regarding hike also it is just 4-5% now as compared to earlier 20-25%, so don't be under wrong impression like I was. 3)Poor management as they just utilise experienced person for backfilling of others ( who go on leaves) and don't release you even on asking. 4)Haven't seen anybody working in my account atleast. 2-3 hours of work is sufficient for the day. Work culture is so good that it will make you jobless in just 1 year if you enjoy this type of work life. 5)Out of my joining batch of laterals 3 friends had left in just 3 months (2 Dev,1QA)
