If any senior is reading this post please stop practicing GTKM. Your bald leader are getting leads from here for asking sexual favors from new joiners. Sorry to say this but this is the dark reality of your company.

Sometimes requirements are notGrowth and promotion cycles can be slow and not always transparent. Some projects may have high workload and tight deadlines. Communication gaps between management and teams can occur. Limited clarity in long-term career path for some roles. Internal processes can feel a bit rigid at times. clearly defined, leading to rework and confusion. Limited structured guidance or documentation for complex processes.
