Ive been employed with Citizant over a year and they have by far been the best company I have worked for. They really show you how much they care about you as a person and not just an employee.

Good opportunities for growth and expanded responsibility. Employees who are motivated and adaptable can gain valuable experience across a variety of programs and operational areas. Advancement opportunities are available for strong performers.
Cons
Work-life balance can become challenging during busy proposal and capture periods. Tight deadlines and changing priorities may require extended hours and increased availability. Leadership does recognize employee contributions, but the pace during surge periods can be difficult to sustain long term.
