Started out with the bank at the County line location when we had a wonderful manager, Lauren. Things went downhill after she left.

Constantly trying to get customers to open more accounts

I would never work for this company. They do not care about their employees. One mistake can cost you your job. I was terminated because I made a mistake. No warning, no write-up. Just straight terminated. To make matters worse, the lady specifically told me over the phone " No you aren't being fired." I drove an hour for a "meeting" which in all actuality was a termination meeting that blindsided me. Again steer clear of a company if you are looking for a family friendly environment!
