Citizens has a customer prospecting system that you are expected to use to make cold calls that are borderline obnoxious. Expect to call the same customers more than once . Your sales results depend on whether the customers qualify and accept the offer for different products the bank offers. There are no metrics designed and used to reward colleagues for those instances where the colleague was able to sit with the customer and run the application for a certain product despite the customers inability to qualify for various products. ABM's should not have there own individual goals but oversee and coach to the overalls teams goals, like the Branch Manager.
