They expect way too much out of the staff. Especially in low-traffic branches. You expect staff to open new accounts when there is no one coming into the branch to do so. Additionally, staff has spent a lot of time going around town to gain accounts with no success, but the goals are ridiculously high.
Apparently they are also a fan of hiring people they KNOW personally and don't care if they can actually do their job properly. New managers are leaving the branch over two hours early under the guise of "leads" and "prospecting," but they're really just leaving early to beat traffic.
They don't care about your work-life balance. These same managers who leave hours early can't even work a weekend a month to give other staff members a proper weekend off.
