After many years experience in both property/casualty insurance customer service in FL, followed by 6 years as an agent training instructor and guide writer via classroom training, video taped lectures for continuing education credit followed up with grading for retention and finally a combined teaching format that lectured live and allowed students to submit questions in real time through a tech specialist, which would be answered by instructors live.
Cons
As an insurance professional with several industry designations and a strong drive to earn agent respect with our top notch programs, explained well. I was disappointed that some instructors would answer a live question dead wrong without correcting themselves or explaining. "Whoops". That was mortifying to me as we take great pride in correct info. Agents expect it. This is important stuff!
