Worst experience of my life - Sales Executive Citron Hygiene Employee Review

Worst working environment ever. This place is definitely break the law with the way they do commission. They take commission money away from you even if you never sold the deal. They will also take the commission back if the customer cancels even if they fulfill the contract. The manager ride you and micro manager you to death. They never think anything through before going to market and when it goes to crap it goes back on sales. My last 6 months they changed the commission plan 3 time. No work life balance. Plus everyone on the sales teams act like they are children. Lots of infighting and backstabbing. Do not work here. You are under paid and under appreciated.
