Pros
- Incredible team - Supportive management - Strong personal planning a realistic KPI's and path to grow in the company - Regular constructive feedback from managers - Great benefits - Lots of care shown towards me (personally) during personal hardship - Flexible work environment - Working from home - Modern well equipped office with great break out spaces, including arcade games, xbox games and ping pong table - Great location, close to 3 forms of public transport (bus, train and ferry) - Access to free gym membership - Regular office engagements including Friday drinks, trivia and pictionary (virtually too when lockdowns have happened) - Fast paced, no day is the same and I get to solve complex problems

I struggle to think of downsides as I've had and continue to have a net positive experience.
