Pros
Remote work afforded autonomy, the base salary is (was) decent, selling a product that is needed, the founders generally receptive to product feedback
Cons
Overpromised job offerings - three weeks of PTO became two, quarterly in-person outings become one annual in-person, "equity" was never provided despite advertised, agreed-upon compensation and performance improvement plan was abruptly changed 2 months into the year. Unreasonable quota (that no one has hit), product doesn't deliver/customer satisfaction lacking, lack of direct communication from leadership - passive aggressive undertones and avoiding confrontation. Accusing employees of lying about their efforts without providing evidence. Cut one employees salary by half with no warning.
