      Pros

      Great Opportunity's to progress. Worked with the company from the age of 17 as sales assistant. Promoted to Stores Manager, Then to Account Manager and then to manager. Striving to progress to Group Manager. Not treated as a number. Great company Values. And just recently a fantastic outlook to the future of the company.

      Cons

      Not open 7 days per week. Would love to see an investment in staff to allow us to open 7 days per week to get more of the market share from the likes of Screw fix etc.

      Long hours, you work 7:30 to 5:30 but get paid salary so it work out less than min wage You work Saturdays Management is shocking depending on branch rarely get your lunch brake
