Will meet some great people who have the knowledge and expertise to get the job done and will go out of their way to teach you.
Cons
Not a great place if you have an education and have future plans for professional growth. They don't consider qualifications as a necessity. Need to work your way up. Work life balance is non existent. Poor communication from upper management leaving a lot of decisions and plans in disarray.
