- Lack of respect - Major favoritism by all senior leadership - Promotions based on favoritism - Lack of pay comparable to other organizations - Breed a culture of work--holics... if you don't stay till a certain time each night and respond to every email on your blackberry when you are home, you are obviously not working as hard as others. - Make it very difficult to have a personal life, take time off or any sort of vacation without trying to make you feel guilty about it or that you offer to check email even while you are away.
