Pros
You get to be on your own most times, do the work on your pace within a time range, lots of physical activities, they provide work clothes for any type of weather condition and electric bikes which makes everything easier
Cons
a lot of physical work and working even in harsh weather conditions, offices are mostly flourescent light lit, working under them at 7 am makes you question your life existence...your overall experience very much depends on who is the team leader and what type of person they are and also which area in Sweden you work. I work mainly in two different offices and one of them had a problematic team leader with very unefficient delivery areas, the other office was in near city center and they had better delivery routes and better management overall. If you happen to start working here, feel free to change offices and see what works better for you, if any opportunities arise...
