CitySwift has a fantastic company culture built on trust, support, and so many great, intelligent people. There’s a strong sense of collaboration across teams, and people are always willing to share knowledge and help each other succeed. They also do lots of fun event across the year to promote getting to know people across the business. Flexibility is a real highlight for me, there’s trust in employees to manage their time and workload effectively, which makes a big difference day to day. Communication is open and transparent, with leadership accessible and willing to listen to feedback. Work-life balance is also respected. While there are busy periods, there’s a clear understanding that people have commitments outside of work, and that balance is important for long-term success.
