Pros
- product does provide value to its customer base that doesn't face a ton of competition. - Leadership is competent in areas - Culture is well intentioned
Cons
- compensation sales wise is well below average in salary and commission structure. Worst I saw in my career hands down. - BD function while I was there was extremely green and meetings were 'round robin' where tenured reps were clearly getting strong ICP leads. - AE outbound was discouraged and there were no tools you have access to for this.
