Pros
- Fantastic Staff: Everyone except for the CEO, are amazing. The co-workers, managers and vice presidents. All fantastic people. - Well-thought out and put together tech team. They hire efficient people who not only do the job but do the job with talent and skill. - The pay is very good for what it is.
Cons
- CEO does not know what is going on most of the time and realizes on his staff to carry the company. - Poor HR: It is all run by one person who isn't just the HR. - At will employer: They can fire you at any time for any reason and yes that means in the middle of the day where you walk away with whatever you were paid and that's it. - Not a job for people with a learning disability. - Poor comunnication: I was told how to work at one location only to be told that wasn't how it was done at all at the other.
