Pros
-Benefits (even though we recently lost pro dev and 401k matching. medical is good) -Smart team. I learn something new everyday
Cons
-Lack of stability. We lost a few contracts and everyone is either panicking or sending their resumes to every developer job they can find -Benefits. Again I used to be proud to say medical is fully covered for me and my family, 401k matching is generous and they provide $1,200 in professional development. We lost 2/3 due to how shaky things are. -Transparency. This is built into our mission, yet I find out updates either through the grapevine or through honest managers (there are a few that are awesome and keep us in the loop). The AHC calls seems forced and the "wins" seem to be all talk. I am seeing fake reviews with 5 stars posted recently. I can guarantee you NO ONE is feeling '5 stars great' right with "no cons" so please stop lying management. -lack of structure. The Executive team does not seem to be on the same page. The CTO would give us an update on our engineering call, then the COO would say something completely different. Either our CTO is being more direct or they are not getting the same information.
