Team spirit, office location, some managers are really nice people and want to know about your growth and work-life balance

Top management\board members are terrible! People are just a number in the company, the board members cross in the office you and don't even give a good morning. Salaries are awful even comparing with other consultant or outsourcing companies, event the benefit component are very low using the same term of comparing. If you are very junior in your functions could be a good place to start but if you have a medium\senior level of expertise in your work run away of this company. They lost a lot of people in last year not only people with a consultant place in the companies but directors and managers, because some managers don't believe in the five years plan for the companies, because the board want to put everything digital, they want the recruiters to work like a call center and a micromanaging every moment of the work using KPIs who they could see on a internal CRM. If you work on HR you know the time you need to get some candidates\clients engaged with you and this type of controlling is not the way. The cherry on the top is... the CEO bought 65% of the company in the beginning of the year, so now for the most of the people this is just a ship going to the end of the sea.
