- Fantastic culture. Everyone knows each other by name. Monthly socials and frequent Friday drinks means we all keep in touch regularly. - The People. The Directors make an effort to hire bright, enthusiastic people who are great to work with. People come from all different backgrounds so there are lots of people to learn from. The Directors and Managers are all incredibly approachable and are rooting for us to do well. - The roles. Clarasys work on a variety of roles and in different industries meaning you don't have to specialise, unless you want to. Great for those who want to try out a few different areas on consulting before committing. - Lots of opportunity to get involved in interesting internal work. It still has that start up / entrepreneurial feel. - Big focus on work life balance and well-being e.g. free hypnotherapy sessions, fruit in the office, private health care from day one, no pressure to work beyond 6pm - Most of our project are in London so it is very rare to spend Mon-Fri in hotels across the country.
