Pros
-Unlimited PTO -Fully Remote -HR Dept is are actually good people and create a good culture
Cons
-Male Dominated culture and company -Can't sell the product and the product doesn't sell itself or work out of the box. Takes a ton of customer support to get it up and working -Layoffs are imminent in every dept. During my stint at this company, I saw no less than 50 people laid off. And no one was safe, not even heads of departments. They even promoted some folks just to lay them off 2 months later -No Upward mobility in Career. Dont expect a promotion or pay raise. You're more likely to be laid off than promoted. -When you are laid off there is NO severance. -No one seems to know how to run a successful GTM, not even Marketing who doesn't feel this piece is their job
