Pros

Huge accounts with big budgets means that you'll be working on some exciting stuff. Free alcohol and nibbles on a Friday afternoon and regular meetings to praise staff for their good work

Cons

Hours are ridiculous - for example if you get up at 3am to do radio drops then you can still expect to be in the office at 6pm that afternoon without any sympathy. There is a cliquey group of girls who are absolutely vile to work with and are totally unhelpful to newbies. Not much opportunity for progression - have yearly reviews but it is so impossible to manage the workload that few people are promoted. Also, so many clients were on the verge of leaving which made middle managers very stressed and guess who they took it out on!

Pros

Great atmosphere, lots of support and socials, lots of opportunity. Everyone's opinion is taken into account, and there are lots of opportunities to develop.

Cons

Clarion has been getting a lot of new business lately, and that can mean a high workload- but the teams always support each other.

Pros

Amazing big brand clients, opportunity for creativity at all levels, one of the nicest agencies I've worked at - real team spirit

Cons

Bigger clients can be more demanding which means people can have big work loads/work overtime
