Impressed by how much the upper management cares about the entire team. Doctors truly care about the patients. Love my team.

Commute is very long; traffic is brutal.

Some decent employees who want to make a difference.

Use to be a great company, but new management and estaff who came on board a few years ago have decimated the company. Most of the key talent have left or been laid off. Estaff has no idea what they are doing. Major product update failures in the last 2 years have really hurt the product and its reputation. Focus now is just trying to squeeze as much money as they can out of existing customers with no real focus to update the product or keep it current. Competitors have pretty much surpassed the current product offerings and done a much better job in keeping current with the latest tech. Upper management is mostly focused on quarterly sales rather than making a better product or trying to improve customer experience. Product Is quite outdated now and the folks in charge don’t really seem to care. Very much a bulling atmosphere by estaff who don’t want to hear any excuses or any input on what should be done to improve the product and the way the org is run. A recent survey by employees ranked estaff at a 40% approval rating. Engineering team is extremely frustrated. That is enough to tell you to stay away from this company.
