Pros
Some flexibility to work from home, but it is inequitable. It is generally accepted that Directors and above work from home as it suits their schedule.
Cons
Very little career development and advance opportunity. Employees below the AVP level are not respected or appreciated by management, which is reflected in compensation and bonus structure. AVPs and above are well compensated with generous bonuses. Management does not share information, even information necessary to complete job functions. Management does not support open and constructive conversation. The cultural norm is to place blame when things go wrong with management failing to take responsibility.
