Pros
The Salary that is offered is at or above average for the area. The people that work there are friendly. The location is good for a small town
Cons
The Company has past their start-up time and size, but has not grown their managers or C-level employees (not real leaders). More time is spent starting projects that will never be finished or redoing work based on poor planning. The middle managers are there because they helped start the company or have been part of it when it was small. These managers lack the skills required to improve the business and take it to the next level. Clarity hires great talent and then locks them in small boxes not able to fully utilize their skills. The C-level employees are not synced and try to take the company in different directions ultimately creating more work and frustration. Many week nights and weekends are wasted due to lack of planning or poor coding standards.
