Pros
Competitive pay and benefits, friendly work environment, lots of opportunity for learning and advancement. Initiatives for diversity, equity and inclusion are more than just lip service. Many 20+ year employees which speaks for itself.
Cons
Construction isn’t for everyone, but there is a great mix of on-site and in-office opportunities. There are a few “old-school” types that think yelling and berating people is productive, but this isn’t the company culture on the whole and I have always been supported and treated fairly.
