Boys club - Anonymous employee Clark Builders Employee Review

Classic boys club, rife with misogyny and led by individuals scared of change or able to see past their own bias. There was a clear lack of long-term strategy, and it often felt like leadership didn't care about employees or take their feedback seriously. The takeover by Turner is, frankly, for the best. A lot of people need to be let go for this organisation to move forward.
