      Take home truck, 401k, PTO.

      Cons

      Work/life balance, low pay, micromanaged, poor training, zero support. Corporate is full of individuals who don’t understand what it’s like to run a route. Would rather make diversity hires than hiring people actually qualified for the job. Attrition is high, so you will be overworked.

      Company vehicle, 401k, paid vacation

      Cons

      They dont care about the customers at all. The only thing they care about is money and new sales. The customer service is horrible. They could care less about their employees. Management is a joke. If you have any concerns or point out any problems they act like you are bad for morale and just complaining.
