Unfortunately current senior management are inexperienced & learning the intrinsic requirements to operate a aged care & disability model 'as they go' and continue to make consistent change that is immature, uneducated and lacking in foresight. Systemically, internal systems are set up so all levels of staff fail, and neglects to recognise the end user of their service, being the vulnerable. In turn this creates toxic working relationships within interconnecting teams and a culture that is not conducive to sustainable working practices.
