Pros
- Analysts I shadowed were very attentive. - The employees I met, as well as their superiors, were friendly. I did not get a vibe of competitiveness within the company. - I learned from the work I was assigned; it was highly beneficial for an individual with no previous corporate experience.
Cons
- Company as well as prospective interns would benefit from a more structured internship program. - Employees I talked to who were at the company before Claro took over seemed to prefer how Verizon took care of their own.
