Very very bad salary, (Slave time is over, but apparently not for this company No opportunities (Company with full conflict of interest) You are only allowed to be promoted to a good position if you are the best manager best friend or in some cases, some one who do nothing .. they like to promote people who do nothing 14 hours per day and 5 or 6 hours during the weekend. No extra payed Training out of the country only for manager's friends. you can work to ache your bones, even tough training is only for manager's best friends. No life-balance
