      They have amazing kids and co workers are great to be with.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional, they spread gossip and rumors, once you are on their bad side they push you out of the company. Management in the office has no communication, organization, and petty.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
