Pros

Relationships with clients. Relationships with individuals in community. Relationships with co-workers. Being off (on occasion) when clients are out of school.

Cons

Leadership is hardcore about micromanagement. Very controlling atmosphere. Unrealistic expectations where you must do as they say but not as they do. There is a lack of opportunity for growth. Employer does not support mental health of employees. Employer demands a lot and does not compensate for it. Poor insurance and benefits comparatively. There are LOTS of broken promises made. Very dissatisfied with leadership. Felt like a grown up version of mean girls. I could reiterate that (x10). The trajectory of the culture will continue to make people leave because it's not a healthy atmosphere due to unprofessional leadership and leaders not being trained to manage people without micromanagement playing a large factor. Unprofessional in actions and words. There is a large double standard. Leadership plays favorites, and they are quick to make things harder on you if you don't give them 250% and submit to them.

Pros

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
