Pros

Clients are appreciative and do well if given support and help. Most staff are dedicated and do their best to make a difference if they work directly with clients.

Cons

Management, and their need to make money by any means necessary even if employees and clients don't receive the support and dignity they could receive if management was supportive. Most employees that are not in management move on to better companies that give better pay and concern for their employees. This company does not!

Working and building relationships with the clients.

Cons

If the clients don’t come to school or if the parent cancels a session, you don’t get paid.
