      The best supervisor I have ever had, flexibility.

      Pathways!!!!! The poor and starving majority of the Camelot Care Centers of TN need you to step in and intervene on our behalf because the pay is not acceptable. Bachelor's level front line staff make $35,000 and Master's level frontline staff make $37,000 a year including in Nashville and Knoxville!!!! Please stop paying hefty personal bonuses to our Nashville leadership at the end of the year for keeping the budget low and us poor.

      Working and building relationships with the clients.

      Cons

      If the clients don’t come to school or if the parent cancels a session, you don’t get paid.
