      The people - all employees and staff are supportive, knowledgeable and trusted. Flexible schedule - you work when you want to as long as it works for your client's schedules and you get what you need to do, done.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
