lack of communication poor training with such little training its hard to do things the correct way some residents can be hard to deal with. they may attack you or other residents, but its not as bad as it sounds and it does not happen often. The pay is low for the hard work I do, but it's good for someone still living at home who doesn't have much bills to pay.
