I was unemployed and desperate when I joined. HUGE lesson learned about overlooking red flags for a paycheck. This place attracts and retains bad leaders and management. Multiple employees quit with no job lined up due to how they are treated alone.
We are so micromanaged I’m sure we would have surveillance software on our computers if the company wasn’t so stingy financially. Pay is embarrassing. My manager is cartoonishly bad. Will lie, sabotage, lacks empathy, is rude, fake nice when it is convenient for her. Not all are as bad but it is a serious gamble. They are free to bully employees they don't like into quitting. Company-wide Pathways is disorganized, clumsy, and heavy on social politics. They also push people to work responsibilities beyond what they were hired to do or pick up the work of 2-3 people. There were no raises up until recently, we now have “merit raises” an easy way to claim we offer raises, just downplay employees’ work at performance review time. We also had layoffs in January. Any aggressively positive review is leadership hoping to wash out negative reviews as “old news.”
