Pros
co-workers were (mostly) great, you get to work closely and directly with clients, hours are typically good, people really want to make a difference
Cons
always changing paperwork, low pay (not so much based on education/experience), lack of concern for staff safety (during summer, mostly), shifting caseloads constantly, understaffed, making staff drive on dangerous roads during winter for work that could have been completed at home and despite school being closed (I would understand if they paid better, but the salary did not warrant driving on dangerous roads and using vehicle), mileage reimbursement only granted if a client is in the car
