An amazing place! Great for patients, employees, and community members. The facility is clean, the staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Leadership is very hands-on here. It is encouraging to see such an involved organization that values all who enter. The forward-thinking leadership always finds ways to improve.

No cons at all to add. An incredible facility and organization.

Majority of your peers are kind hearted. Community is caring. Easy to take time off. Family commitments come first. CEO is friendly. Majority of the directors are great to work for.

Merit is not rewarded. Pay is below average. A lot of the employees feel taken advantage of. Appropriate job titles are withheld when promoted. Employees are very unhappy but they smile anyway. Very disappointing.
