      Pros

      The work culture is really great. As an individual, everyone is learning and developing daily. I feel that everyone has a team spirit and are in it together. There are challenging projects and many opportunities to grow career wise.

      Cons

      Fast pace sometimes can be a con if you are not used to it. But getting out of comfort zone will only improve you.
