      -Decent pay -Overtime opportunities -Relatively easy to understand work and duties -Early finish on Friday (5day work pattern only)

      -Toxic environment, not recommended for those with low self-esteem -High pressure to achieve -No set breaks, have to eat on line (but you get used to this over time)

      Go to work, do the work, go home. Simple and easy job. Many small breaks throughout the shift.

      Cons

      Fairly dirty work with paper dust. Very repetitive, mind-numbing work.
