Pros
Benefits and onsite facilities were nice. People actually doing the work were great to work with
Cons
This company has a serious problem valuing the people that actually do the work, especially in the IT realm. There are far too many managers that either are more involved than they should be or other ones that take absolutely no action whatsoever whenever there is an issue. If you resolve an issue yourself you end up getting blamed for it even though it's origin was not your fault. If you bring it to a managers attention, nothing gets done. Not to mention leadership makes decisions with zero input from the people that are affected by those decisions. Long standing employees who have been in the trenches for years aren't valued. They are underpaid and have no input into decisions. There is also no career path for many. On top of that, pseudo leadership roles are created in which your workload is that of three other people, you are not paid very well, and you have zero authority. It is just a title to make you think you are not being screwed over.
