Probably too much control from management

- You get a salary that is (was at least two years ago) "comparable" with the market -Usually, there are benefits that come with it - Work-life balance is better than the average in Italy

- Don't expect to grow professionally. Expect to be even "put down" by your managers if you are too uncomfortable with your opinions - Overall silence from the colleagues on obvious misjudgements coming from the top - There is NO meritocracy - There have been moments in which teams have blamed each other to not pay the responsibility themselves - You may have to work overtime a few times.
