      Non-competitive. There aren't multiple analysts, so you don't get stacked up against others. However, for a competitive person, this might not be a pro.

      Cons

      Not of a lot of guidance / direction provided by senior management from a training perspective. If that's what you're looking for, you're not going to get it here.

      Pros

      By working at a private equity firm, you definitely boost your resume and make it more attractive to employers out of college.

      Cons

      Pretty incompetent team other than one or two individuals. The lack of diversification in investments creates a great deal of volatility in earnings.
