Brain dead menial work disguised as a managerial position with room to grow within the company. It was advertised as a role where you would be managing and working with a team as well as repairing and maintaining machines. You are in fact just hired on to be a janitor. All you do is clean, you can get it done within an hour or two and the rest of your day is spent wasting time. Management is constantly looking over your shoulder remotely through cameras and will micromanage you. The work is disproportionately put onto the morning shift, and if you leave any work for the evening shift you will be called out for not doing your job. They want you to be friendly and inviting to customers, unless they’re homeless. Don’t be sucked in by their extremely misleading job postings and interviews. Just look somewhere else
