Thank you for your feedback on your experience working for CleanCut. Our employees are some of the best and always make new employees feel very welcome! We have a very structured training program in place. It starts with an overview of our workflows, processes and quality requirements. The new designer meets with engineering and quality for tours, instruction, and reviews of SOP's. We have a workbook for our CAD program from which the new designer must complete. After that, they shadowing a designer for a day or two, followed by mentoring and learn-by-doing practices. Our designers have all the necessary software tools to create innovative packaging designs including 2D CAD, graphics/artwork and 3D rendering software.
