Terrible management - Client Support Representative CleanFleet Employee Review

Fairly new to the company, but I appreciate the friendly staff, fair compensation, and flexible schedule

It doesn't apply to me currently, but I believe their vacation package could improve slightly.

Decent pay, hired external HR person vs the business owners also taking on that role.

Business owners wanted to be fully involved in daily operations but had issues staying adequately staffed and delegating properly to those they did have. Consistent overtime and made to feel like not a team player if unable to stay over and come in early.
